To whom it may concern:He came in to have his front pump seal replaced on his transmission, which does require removing the transmission, transfer case and drivelineHe dropped his truck off Friday to look at since it was leaking transmission fluid badly, we found the leak and ordered the partWe
are closed Saturday and Sunday, the part arrived Monday afternoonHe came in two times monday and three times tuesday to check on his truckHe has a lifted ford diesel welding truck that we can not put on our lift so we were doing this on the groundSo for safety two people need to drop the transmission and transfer caseTuesday my mechanics daughter had to go to the doctor so she missed part of the dayWeds morning he came to the shop before I got there bothering my mechanic and walking around the shopwhen I got there he started throwing a fit and yelling at uswhen he was told to leave he kicked our shop door in, when he did finally go to his car he told his wife to go get his 9mmwe proceed to call the police deptafter that we refused to work on his truck we had the cops at the shop four times that day slowing us downThe sad part is that we moved his truck ahead of others because he is a welder and needs his truckIf he had keep his temper in check the truck would have been done weds evening because my mechanic was leaving town to pick up her other daughter from college
