I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I went to the pawn shop to pick up the game they said they replacedThe copy they tried to give me was so badly scratched I'm sure it would never have playedThe kid said he purchased it from game stop, used, for dollarsThere was a sticker on the front of the case that said that, but why would he have purchased something used and in such bad condition when you can actually buy it at Walmart NOW for That is NOT what I paid because it was purchased new when it just came outI told him I wasn't going to accept itThat he knew it wouldn't playThat it was a really crappy thing they were doingI don't understand what the problem is with them just refunding my money for the purchase price so I can get a NEW copy, like the one I pawned them, since they refuse to even acknowledge the other games were damagedEven though I have a signed paper from the guy that I opened them in front ofI only want my property back that they promised to keep safe.

We have tried calling the customer to replace her [redacted] game but have had no luck getting ahold of her. As for the other games she brought them back and all her games were in playable condition. No game was ruined the cases had normal wear and tear. As far as the game not being in...
the case, when she originally pawned that item wasn’t in the case but asked us to hold onto the case so she wouldn’t have to carry it around. The pawn ticket read she had 7 games and she received 8 cases back at time of redemption. As stated before all games were rechecked after she picked them up and deemed playable.

I went to the pawn shop to pick up the game they said they replaced. The copy they tried to give me was so badly scratched I'm sure it would never have played. The kid said he purchased it from game stop, used, for 17 dollars. There was a sticker on the front of the case that said that, but why would he have purchased something used and in such bad condition when you can actually buy it at Walmart NOW for 17.00. That is NOT what I paid because it was purchased new when it just came out. I told him I wasn't going to accept it. That he knew it wouldn't play. That it was a really crappy thing they were doing. I don't understand what the problem is with them just refunding my money for the purchase price so I can get a NEW copy, like the one I pawned them, since they refuse to even acknowledge the other games were damaged.
