Panda compact washer and dryer
I bought the PAN6320W from eBay seller and one 3-cubic dryer from Home Depot couple of months ago. For our small condo. We are retired couple, no kids, just a cat.

I'm not sure about the negative reviews but I speak only for us and we are very happy and satisfied with our purchase. Both machines work great (knock on wood) and the customer service at ezbyonline is very professional and prompt. We had misplaced our washer's manual, contacted the customer service at ezbyonline and we got a full 17 page copy within an hour.

I recommend ezbyonline and I would buy their product again.

I bought my Panda washer in late November. It worked well until three weeks ago and then it started leaking all over the place , in where the water goes into the washer and out the bottom. I've called the company several times. The first time they said I needed the order number. I got it and called back, she said I'd have to go on line ,I did , then they refused to talk to me at all. This company has extremely poor customer service and also shoddy products. They're customers deserve better. I'm sorry I believed in they're products.

I can't understand why I have not been contacted in reference to my washer problem. I've called three times and written reviews but I still am ignored. Would someone please contact me.

I've had my Panda washer since the end of November. It worked great until three weeks ago. I finally found the phone number and called them. They informed me I needed the order number.I got it and called back I was then told to go on line to register my problem and complaint. I did and haven't heard a word from them. They have extremely poor customer service and products. I hope no one else waste they're money on one of they're products.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I already informed the business that I have complied in all respects with their recommendations regarding cleaning the filter and vent. Moreover, under the warranty, I'm not required to mail back the appliance for inspection. Their request for me to do so is unreasonable because the cost of shipping the appliance to the company and for them to return it back to me will be nearly as much as the cost of a new appliance. It appears that after they exhaust their possible solutions to my issue (each of which were not at all related to my issue), they request that the costumer return the appliance by mail because they know that the cost is too burdensome for an appliance of this nature. I would venture that they had no intention of ever honoring their warranty, and it would be surprising to me if there's any record of the company ever honoring the warranties on their products. To bolster this claim, I note that before suggesting that the appliance be mailed to them, they first claimed that the warranty had expired--a claim they knew to be false as evidenced by an earlier email from the company acknowledging that my claim was indeed timely. Furthermore, after the company ran out of bogus suggestions for resolving the issue, they simply stopped responding to my emails, and it wasn't until I called and argued persistently with the company's representative for the company to honor my claim that the representative informed me that I would have to mail back the appliance. This was clearly a last ditch effort by the company to avoid their obligation to honor their warranty. The company will either have to provide a legitimate resolution to the defect, or reimburse me for the full cost of the appliance.

Regards,[redacted] This company has stated serveral times that they have sent out this part for my dryer to be fixed and only one time did they provide a usps tracking number which the post office could not find and after calling this company regarding this tracking number they "[redacted]" said that there was a problem with this tracking number and I asked what is the problem and Lisa stated that it had been used before.  Never have I ever heard such a thing and this company has just been giving me the run around.  They have taken my money and they are trying to avoid the problem of fixing my dryer until the warranty is up which will be May 2015.  Please they need to refund me my money and come get this dryer.  I have contacted them serveral times before reporting them to the Revdex.com. And the problem has not been resolved.

Review: I bought a sonya dryer from this company through sears on May 24, 2014. The worked fine for about three months after that it stop working. I called the company and they said that don't have anyone near me to come out and fix the dryer but they think it might be a fuse by someone name [redacted] around November 10, 2014. She stated that I would need to make the complaint online in order for them to send me a part for the dryer so that I can fix it. Well I did and I called back and [redacted] stated that it would take about ten business days to receive the part, which I never received and now it is January 2015 and after several calls, emails and melt downs someone name Lisa told me that my part which is now a belt was sent out but there was a problem with the confirmation number that the package was sent in. This company is not reliable, not a company that should be in business when they don't know how to take care of customers and they are a third party company through Sears who said they are sorry and can not help me. I am very frustrated and angry and will will never by from this company or Sears again.Desired Settlement: I paid about $340.00 for this dryer and I would like my money refunded.
