I have finally received the product replacement from this company The date on the package says it was mailed on 09/14/15, nearly month after I sent original damaged product back to them It appears their action on my request was prompted by the Revdex.com messages sent because I only received service from them AFTER the Revdex.com sent them messages So THANK YOU Revdex.com!
