Factory Homes Outlet values all of our customers and work diligently to inform and disclose every detail for the home and the construction process. With that in mind, I want to address each concern. The dryer out let. The home comes with a dryer out let. The challenge comes
from the brand of the dryer. Dryer don’t have a common configuration, there are multi plug configuration and the odds of the cord and the plug to match are low. The vents & furnace, the homes are built to local codes and industry standards. The buyer signs off on the specifications and the home is built to what is agreed to in writing. The last item, the warranty. FHO pays for as a service to the buyer, a home warranty. The warranty service is done by the manufacture, which is Champion, not the retailer FHO.This is disclosed in writing also, and is reviewed and signed, with the customer. The buyer claims FHO & Champion were “playing a blame game” This is not a blame game this is direction and a reminder that the manufacture provides the service not the retailer. As stated by the customer, “Champion is send $as a consolation” . The consolation came from Champion, the manufacture, the service provider, not the retailer. The signed off floor plan illustrates the furnace was not enclosed and according the Champion the $was provide so the buyer could have a contractor enclose the furnace with a wall and door, to reduce the noise. This “consolation” by Champion, was above what was ordered and above what the warranty covers. If the buyer choose to order a new furnace to replace the new furnace, that is certainly the buyer prerogative All the above mention documentation can be provided and disclosed to the public if the buyer agrees

I am rejecting this response because:Okay, I'm tired. They obviously do not represent ANYBODY!!!! Since I bought this through Factory Homes Outlet I thought there would be some kind of customer service.1. I was NOT talking about the outlet for the dryer I was talking about a missing 110 outlet for my WASHER.2. I've been going around in circles since April with Factory Homes Outlet and Champion Homes about this STUPID furnace. Yes, I signed the paperwork but, stupid me, I expected a reasonable furnace to be installed. Since it wasn't, stupid me, again thought maybe something reasonable could have been worked out. This furnace could NOT to be enclosed or insulated, because of the needed air flow and the $500 was NOT given to do that. This furnace would NOT have been acceptable to any of these people if this was their home. I did replace the furnace, I had to replace the furnace if I wanted to get any sleep at all. I believe Intertherm furnaces are crap, the more I researched and talked to people about Intertherm the stronger my belief became. I wasn't being unreasonable about the noise, it was extremely loud. I wasn't expecting whisper quite! The new furnace is wonderful and fits perfectly within the reasonable noise range. It doesn't clack when kicking on, it doesn't sound like a train going through my home and it doesn't sound like 50 mph winds are going through the vents. This is all I wanted.FHO mentions it is Champion's responsibility to provide warranty service, my complaint is against FHO because I am supposed to list issues on the Factory Homes Outlet Co-Construct website. Jane, who handles warrantee issues for Champion Homes, does not connect to this website, so in other words any issues you may list falls on deaf ears.
