I emailed Factory Official to provide me with a return address and have been working with my credit card
company to recover a FULL refundFactory Official told me they would refuse the return unless I paid them a 15% restocking fee in a money order when in fact, the sale was based on material misrepresentations and circumventing my use of paypal which would have provided protection for my purchaseFactory Official provided a return address which I used to send back the camera but the refund is still pending and this matter is NOT considered closed until I get a FULL refund for my purchase

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Factory Official Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They sent me an email advising me that they have received the return and will process it according to how they told me they would over...

the telephone.  They told me over the telephone that they would charge me a percentage for restocking fee if the item was returned.  (The package that I did not accept from them after many attempts to cancel the order).  I advised them I had advised my credit card company about the dispute and they were going to place a charge-back to the company.  I still am unaware if they charged a restocking fee for the item.  The issue is not resolved because they still attempted to send me the package even though emails and phone conversations advised to cancel and they want to charge my credit card for restocking.  They were rude and this company seems like it conducts bad business practices.

I ordered a product online with my credit card and was given a confirmation for 7-10 days delivery. After exceeding that time frame, I called for a status. The phone rang for a very long time. No one answered so I called back. It rang for a long time again and someone picked up. I told him I needed a status on my order. Without letting me know I was being transferred, the person transferred me to a different line that just kept ringing. I went through this process a few times until I finally got someone who told me I would not be receiving my product because they don't have it and that my credit card was not charged. Then he hung up. Nothing else, he just hung up. I am now concerned as to whether or not they are reputable and what happened to my credit card information...
