From the minute I brought my car into Fairfield Collision I was treated with excellent service! Everyone that I interacted with was professional and courteous They are all very knowledgeable and the attention to detail was outstanding They did an amazing job repairing the front end damage on my car I will definitely be referring Fairfield Collision to my friends and family!

My overall experience with Fairfield Collision Center was excellent!! Everyone there was extremely helpful. My car had extensive damage but FCC managed to perform all of the necessary repairs in a speedy fashion. Gene C[redacted], the manager handled all of my needs with professionalism and courtesy. Not only did he take the time to answer all of the questions I had over the phone, he also personally walked around my vehicle when I arrived, to answer any additional questions that I had. I drove all the way to Fairfield for my vehicle repairs from East Haven. I will definitely return for all of my future needs.
