Would never shop here again.I fell looking at a car, noise, ice.The company ignored my claim

04/21/2014Dear *** ***:The Revdex.comIn replying to complaint # ***, As stated in the complaint letter that the wrong transmission was installed in the said vehicle,Please review the bill of sale for transmission with the correct part # on itAlso attatched are copies of the instalation repair order,vehicle build sheet that states it is the correct part # for the vehicleThe customer may call the service dept, and make an appoinment to have the part inspected , at which time he will have to wait with his vehicle while this inspection is being performed.Thank You,

In response to a complaint filed on 4/4/2014, *** *** concerning the transmission issue on the *** *** Cargo VanThis vehicle was sold wivh a day powertrain only warranty.In which includes the engine and
transmission onlyThe above customer brought into our service dept for a service engine light on, and at that time was diagnosed as a slip in the transmission, at this time, our service dept called the customer and told him it would need to have the transmission replaced .The customer was told to have a new/ rebuilt transmission would be appxcost to him, or we can replace it with a used transmission with a day warranty, at no cost to the customer, in which that is what was done.Thanks,

The customer came in with his girlfriend to look at a used truck we had in stock. He had advised the salesperson that he was on his way to pick up a used truck at another dealer, since they had secured a loan for him. He advised he was approved there but wanted to see our truck on his way there....

During the sales process the customer was asking about interest rates and was told we would need his written authorization to do a credit inquiry. The customer agreed and signed the document to obtain his credit history.We couldn't come to terms on price or payment on our vehicle and the customer and his girlfriend left and thanked us for trying anyway. The report was not sent to any financial institution.

I am rejecting this response because: First off they contradict them selfs if the van came with a 30 day powertrain warranty on motor and transmission why did they call me to say the transmission would cost me $ 3500. ? Second they never told me if I didnt pay the $3500. they would be putting in a used transmission!!!  Also with further investigating I found they put the wrong transmission in, according to vin.# the van should have a heavy duty [redacted] transmission they put in a [redacted] light duty transmission!!!  At this point I want to be refunded my money in full.
