Review: Fairway windows received my deposit of $563.00 on March 11, 2016. This was half of the total price. I was told that my windows would be installed with 3-4 weeks. After waiting a little over a month for someone to contact me for a date, I called and they set the date for May 6, 2016. He set another date of April 29th to come and get a list of materials that he would need for installation. He was suppose to be there by 4:15 and at 6:46pm I called and he said that he got caught up doing something else but he was at home when I called. I informed him then that I would like my deposit back and he said that it would be returned to me. I have 3 witnesses that were at my house at the time that I called and he was on speaker phone. I have made numerous attempts since this date to contact Fairway Windows. My calls have not been returned nor answered during business hours. I did get a friend to call right after me and hers was answered. It has been a hassle to get in touch with this company and set dates up. It has been 2 months and still no windows. I was promised a refund and now I am being avoided. Very unprofessional company.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit of $563.00 refunded to me as promised by owner in a timely manner or I will seek legal action.

We recently had 20+ windows installed; upgraded windows with wrap.
GREAT installation: fast, friendly.....
Where I, as a past "installer" and managed and trained installers and salespeople, WE HAD A TOTAL APPRECIATION, Job FINAL CHECKLIST!!
If I were to review OUR INSTALLATION: job was NOT reviewed SCRAP material left behind!!!!!!!! Window(s) with visible crimping, nail heads visible..EXCEPT where I TOOK 60 seconds, on a window, to MASK OVER.....If you're considering Fairway Windows for your window replacement company GREAT! Just know, after install, I called and emailed 4 plus times to address our ISSUES??!! NO RESPONSE!!

Review: I contracted Fairway in September (don't have exact date) and set-up a date to meet [redacted] at my property he came and measured three of my windows. He said to me it would take at least 6 to 8 weeks to have the windows made. He was suppose to call me back with prices but didn't hear from him. After waiting about two weeks I called him back to see why I hadn't heard anything from him. He said oh I've been on vacation. Can I come back to measure the windows again I've miss placed the first ones. He came back this time he gave me a price quote. he asked for half down of the cost to do the work. I paid by check. 10/27/2015 and signed contact. I've call a couple of time. One reply was the rain has hindered us from working. But we have had plenty of sunny days. So why has it taken so long? My last call to them on 10/05/16, I have not received an answer yet. It know winter is here, need windows before cold weather set in. want window in so I can repair heating system.Desired Settlement: Need work done before winter snow comes. House has no heat plus window without pane. If they have more work than they can handle I would like to have a refund.
