Been a month and no merchandiseCalls not returnedWas paid thru PayPal a month agoI think I have been scammed

Their website stated I would have my product within days days later with no notification that the product had shipped I reached out to the company Calls are never returned, only a vague email is sent that doesn't fully answer my questions I called back requesting a refund due to the item having yet shipped and was told flat out no I then filed a claim through PayPal and received an immediate response from the owner that it was inappropriate to have contacted PayPal One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered

BUYER BEWARE I contacted Jeff *** at Fallen Woods on September 15, to purchase Aggravation boards My message was attended to promptly, I was told these items were "in stock" and would be shipped out soon Jeff was eager to complete the purchase from me and received my payment through PayPal that same day of $USD I told Jeff I was placing this order as Christmas gifts and he thanked me for ordering in advance as Fallen Woods is quite busy over the holidays Jeff asked me to write him a positive review before receiving my order however this seemed like an odd request and I told him I would AFTER I received my purchase Fast Forward, months later...and I was scammed Today I filed a dispute with PayPal and will be receiving a full refund for my purchase Throughout the four months, I made numerous calls, sent numerous emails, left messages with the "call centre" and was extremely patientDo your research, this company is scamming people

Been a month and no merchandise. Calls not returned. Was paid thru PayPal a month ago. I think I have been scammed.
