I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
At this point in time (September 6, 2017), Fantaco has not provided the purchased used laboratory cabinets, nor replaced those unusable and unacceptable ones received at an earlier date. Fantaco have reported by phone that it is "repainting old cabinets to match the colour of those already delivered" and has promised to ship the cabinets on September 05, 2017. There have been no report of a shipment of cabinets to our facility as of end of business, September 06.So far, Mr[redacted] has kept on promising but not delivering the purchased goods. In the event that Fantaco finally delivers an acceptable lot of cabinets covering the agreed-upon quantity and quality, I will consider withdrawing this complaint. At this point, Fantaco has given no indication that a settlement is forthcoming. Regards,

Company responded via phone as follows:The consumer purchased used lab cabinets and the expectations were not met.  To rectify the situation, the company is reshipping as close to new cabinets as they can possible get and has been in touch with [redacted] (Last Name may be...

misspelled) and it is their intent at the end of the process that the consumer is satisfied and that was their intention from the beginning. The company is currently arranging for the shipment of the cabinets.
