Review: In June 2013, I inquired about whether Fanvision was going to be available for the 2013 Football season at the [redacted] of [redacted]. The website listed U of M as having Fanvision available so I purchased a unit after not getting a response to an email I sent to fanvision thru [redacted]. Two days after I purchased the Fanvision unit, Fanvision support responded to my email and said, "no, they do not have a contract in place with [redacted] of [redacted]" and said that they could provide a refund if I sent them and copy of my receipt and the SN of the device. I did that but then [redacted] would not respond to my emails asking what I needed to do next. For two months I continued to ask via email, what I needed to do next. Finally in September they responded to me and told me where to return the unit (a warehouse in New York). The next day I packaged the Fanvision unit and sent it to the specified address with delivery confirmation. The Post Office confirmed about 3 days later that it had been received at the warehouse. I waited 4 weeks with no response from Fanvision. I finally started emailing in mid-October to let them know that their warehouse had received my unit on Sept. **, 2013 and asked them when I should expect the refund. They have not responded to 4 emails trying to get confirmation that their records show that it was received and asking when I should receive my refund. I have not received a single response to 4 separate email inquiries. They have my money, they have my Fanvision unit that I returned, I want Fanvision to step up and refund me my money.Desired Settlement: I want Fanvision to communicate with me and tell me when I will receive my check. Then I need them to actually follow through and send me my full refund for the Fanvision unit as promised ($263.92).

I received this email in response: SEP **, 2013|11:12AM EDT Fanvision Support replied:Hello [redacted], Just like certain ticket sales, all FanVision sales are final. Hope you enjoy using FanVision. FanVision Support [redacted]. Nowhere on the confirmation email I received does it advise "all sales are final." I went back to their website and went through the rental process again (up to the point of entering my credit card number), and at no point does it say "all sales are final." Thank you for your assistance with this issue, Revdex.com!Desired Settlement: I would like to have my Visa card refunded the full amount of $65.24 immediately! I would also like to receive a confirmation email from them that they have processed the refund.

FanVision agreed to cancel my reservation and refund my pre-paid rental fees. In reference to complaint ID [redacted], and this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
