I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Although I finally received a partial refund on 9/16/for the amount of 2690.00, I have yet to receive a refund for the full amount (2750.00) and have been provided with no explanation as to why this is the case I have fully reviewed the policies listed on the Farm House Tack website and have found nothing to suggest that there is any sort of restocking fee associated with returns on saddles or any other reason why I would not receive a refund for the full amount When I purchased the saddle originally I was not informed of any such fees Once the Farm House Tack refunds the remaining money (60.00) that I am owed, I will consider this dispute resolved As a side note I would like to add that I find the explanation that was provided by the Farm House Tack to be dishonest I attempted several times on my own to get back the money that I was owed and it was not until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and with my credit card company that I finally received only a partial refund This has clearly not been an issue of a misunderstanding In addition, the apologetic excuses made in the store's official response to the Revdex.com are in stark contrast to the rude and hostile manner in which they interacted with me Although the remaining that I am owed is a relatively small sum, I am on principal unwilling to allow the Farm House Tack to get away with unfairly keeping any of the money they owe me Getting my money refunded has been a lengthy and unpleasant process and if they are truly apologetic, the Farm House Tack will refund ALL of the money that they owe me

We take great pride in our customer service and would like to apologize for the manner in which your refund was handledWe did received the saddle on 8/11/and I processed the refund to bookkeeping that following weekAs a family-owned company we pride ourselves in working closely with customers to get the perfect fit for saddlesIt was to my understanding that our saddle fitter was working with you on a saddle exchange; therefore, the refund was not processed but instead treated as a credit to go towards the new saddle purchaseI later found out, that no exchange was in the works between you and the saddle fitterThere was a miscommunication between me and the sales staff only exacerbated by being short-staffed due to illnessI also recently lost my assistant doubling my work loadI do not say this to give you an excuse, but to demonstrate to you that I work hard to take care of our company’s customersYour refund was processed on 9/10/as processedWe at the Farm House really care about our customers and take full responsibilityWe could have handled this better

Hi *** in order to resolve this matter, we refunded your shipping charges last week via PaypalI just want to let you know that according to our online return policy and the refund policy shipped with your saddle, all shipments that initially qualified for free shipping are subject to shipping charges upon returnWe however would like to resolve this matter and compensate for the extended refund periodI hope you will now consider this matter resolved
