Farnam Companies' product "ADAMS Flea & Tick Spot On for Dogs"
has resulted in hair loss on my 12 pound Maltipoo. Vet bills mounting, NOT HAPPY with this product that you provide. Praying my sweet pet does not die. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT UPC 0-39079-09138-1

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
it is very obvious that this product was the cause of the death of our small dog. I have even sent them a detailed letter from my vetting stating exactly what happened. I feel they just dont want to take responsibility because they dont want to pay. I dont know what else they want me to send and I dont appreciate that I cant actually speak to anyone at the company I keep being blown off and told to send a letter through the mail.I will do whatever it take to to resolve my issue. after my experience with this product I have done a lot of research and found other issues this same product has cause other pets. this is an unsafe product and shouldnt even be sold. it is not safe! Of course they do not want to admit their product is unsafe. Farnam will do whatever it takes to protect their name. I will not stop and I have other supporters who are willing to help me. How can you send someone a $5 refund check for the product that was purchased, when they had a $2000 vet bill for an issue your product very obviously caused!
