This company is an absolute joke I was a perfect tenant (never missed rent, was never paid late, or anything) I did most of the repairs that were needed at the house myself In return, they kept my deposit due to cleaning and mowing I had the property cleaned and the house cleaned before I moved out.(Which was not done prior to moving in) I was in the same house for years and maintained it like my own Renters and potential tenants beware of FirstMark They will do anything they can to not refund your deposit and put things off on you that come with a year old home in *** *** Very rude and immature individuals that are so called "property managers" The company is a SCAM

I would NOT recommend this business to rent property from to anybody.
It is sad that a renter claiming to be "perfect" in reality appears to be the real scammer who bad mouths and threatens the management company in a bogus attempt to avoid paying for their actual damages to a rent house.
This "perfect renter" squealing to get back his deposit in fact violated the rental agreement he signed by 1. abandoning the house two weeks in advance of the agreement without payment for the remaining two weeks, 2. left the oven, stove and refrigerator uncleaned, 3. in violation of the rental agreement, kept a bull dog which dug holes in the back yard that chewed the fence and gate requiring extensive repair, 4. four gallons of paint needed to paint over black marks left on the walls, 5. damaged window blinds had to be replaced, 6. renter allowed an window air conditioner drain to stop up and drip water on the wall causing extensive wall damage instead on notifying the manager of a problem.
