On 3/11/16, the customers paid $125.00 for a bankruptcy and $73.00 for a joint credit report, which they paid to Suite Solutions...

and $55.00 for courier service to [redacted]'s Courier Service. On or about February 2016, our company had just purchased the new 2016 Bankruptcy 7 software and we still were in the first stages of learning the program. We explained to all customers that the "time limit" in having the bankruptcy done would be in approximately 2-3 months, not weeks! We are still willing to prepare their bankruptcy, but we prepare them as they come in. The [redacted] file is the 3rd one in line. We do not refund money and it clearly states that in our contract that they signed. We give in-office credit only. The credit is good for one year. We feel this office has not done nothing wrong. It is out of our hands if this customer is planning to move to another state. That is not our problem or our fault. When a customer pays for a service, they need to follow-thru with it. This office is not refusing to do service for them. It's just that we prepare them as they come in.

This is not going to be resolved obviously. If we had been told months when we originally went in we would not have filed with the company. We were notified that they are first come first serve which we understood but not that it would take months. We understand they are still willing to provide service but since we will be moving 2500 miles away we are unable to do the bankruptcy as we will not be able to take time off from New employment. We understand that we signed the papers but signed under the notion of it being prepared in a months time tops. We did not expect for this to come up and I would not have had to be worried if the paperwork was done in a timely manner. We have called around and the program has been out for a few months and every paralegal we have spoken days that there is no way our paperwork should not have been at least started by now.

Moving was not option until this last week and had the service been provided in a timely manner as told we would not be in this situation. I will not argue over a complaint message. Thank you and have a wonderful day. I will contact someone higher in authority.

A partial refund of $60.00 was issued to the consumer on 5/24/16. The consumer was happy and satisfied with the results. This case has been resolved and closed by both parties.
