Review: I have an old RV that I needed repairs on. I had asked to look for a leak in the motor, as well as give a full tune up. I was in the process of moving down to [redacted] and needed the rv to be safe so I asked for brakes, shocks and check the bearings, and upgrade a carb.

They had my rv for almost 3 months, did work on it and gave it back saying it was ready. The carb was not upgraded, they lost my registration, the leak was still there, they also said they rebuild the alternator (which charges a battery) and on my trip down the rv died due to dead battery, which was not charging due to bad alternator. They didn't do any work with the carb so the rv ran horribly, and they charged me for the alternator and inspection for the rv (Refunded for the inspection)

I asked repeatingly for an invoice, the secretary gave it to me finally and I could see they didn't do all the work they were paid to do, including double billing and fleecing me on things like oil. They said they fixed the leak, charged me 1000's to do so, and when I got to [redacted] after 3 days I took the rv to another shop and they told me it was a crankshaft problem, which is a much worse problem then the truck place diagnosed, not only that the truck place didn't fix the gasket, which was torn to pieces. Costing me another 2500 to repair. If they had told the truth and were honorable people they would have told me before the repair and fixed it property not slap the thing unceremoniously together and dump a broken rv back into my lap.

When I simply questioned some of the work based on the invoice I got an attitude from both [redacted] and the other who's name I can't remember. Looking at the invoice it is very suspect, as they didn't list part numbers or prices for the items they changed. They just billed me and didn't complete the work they were paid to do. Over 7000.Desired Settlement: I want a refund ALL the engine work. That includes the alternator (which I was billed 2ce) some welding which I was told to put the alternator back on (no welding in that location was done I confirmed with the new mechanics) any tune ups, and the dropping of the oil pan and changing of the gasket on the crank shaft, which they simply put the old one back in and didn't actually fix it, I suspect because the part is hard to find they slapped it together, I can confirm that with my new auto mechanic who did the job correctly and honestly.
