Buyer beware! Don't use this company whatever you do! The first time, their machines broke down and I had to meet my deadline by having my client go to the airport to pick up the postcardsSecond time, they altered my artwork without mentioning it and so you have to be really careful since they won't tell you they've done this so you will never know what to expectI'd suggest other printers where I've had more luckWhen their machines broke down, at least they were helpful and apologeticBut, their customer service is now terrible
Company changes their prices for services in the heart beat. I did the design fee with no prints for $38, the next time I ordered it turned into $99 design fee. Owner refused to provide legit info about why there is a difference in design services for the two order I placed.
Additionally, I would gladly pay $38 for the design with them, not $99 as the final product isn't 100% qualify, and the only reason I do the design with them for $38 is because it's affordable. The owner raised the price on me to $99 for design only, without providing written information/description of costs.
This company does not value customer, careless about keeping the customer and certainly their products (postcards) aren't best quality. One of the reason I don't print and mail with them is because when I placed my first order, I believe my cards did not get mailed out...:(
