Federal Road Car Wash

Review: My experience at this car wash was HORRIBLE!!! When I first drove up, the guys were not paying attention to me as they were too busy talking amongst themselves and did not guide me onto the rack properly. I wasn't on it the right way and when I followed their instruction to correct it, it made the situation worse!! I finally backed out completely from the entry way and when I did I could hear something scraping underneath the car. When I got out to see what was going on, I found that the heat sheild had been bent back and was hitting the ground. I told the manager on site that damage had been done to my car and he refused to accept responsibility and said that the damage was there prior to my coming in. RIDICULOUS!!! Atrocious service all the way around and I will NEVER go back there again. The workers there were sloppy and extremely rude and I am very lucky one of my tires didn't get punctured or the rim damaged.

I would like to speak with the owner of the business to explain to him what happened at his facility. He should know how rude his workers are and that they are alientating his customers and damaging his reputation out in the community. What an awful experience!!

Review: I have been to the car wash multiple times with my roof rack. It has never been damaaged.On monday morning Jan 28.2014 I went through the car wash but this time my vehicle was stopped three times inside the wash... I think this was due to operational error.When I exited the wash I noticed my roof wind deflector [Yakima] was torn off the roof.They could not discuss where this part had gone. They did not offer to replace my roof rack piece.I will need this replaced at a cost of 150 dollars.Desired Settlement: Replace roof wind deflector [Yakima]
