Great Experience! Colby took the time to understand what I wanted out of the fence; Wasn't overwhelming or pushy and had the knowledge to recommend and guide me down the right path. Installation went well. Tony was awesome, showed up on time, was professional and made sure to keep me informed through the whole process. He checked in with me on odd slopes and curves in my yard and did not just assume to know what I wanted. Took the time to make sure I liked the lay out and angles of the fence. This was really appreciated. Took care of the yard and all waste was removed. The whole process was well organized and explained thoroughly. Thank you guys for completing my yard.

Went into the store on So. OBT in Orlando to look at the fence material, quality, color and to get pricing. Talked to a nice salesman in the store. We walked to the sales counter and he gave me a price for the tan color per linear feet and the cost of the gate including installation cost. It all seemed reasonable.
I set up an appt. with him to have an estimator come out and measure. The next day some disgusting individual arrived who was constantly spitting. His price was considerably higher than what I was quoted in the store. Needless to say I was very upset with this "bait and switch" maneuver. Called the store and tried to get it resolved by the original salesman. He told me he would try to get another estimator out and would call me back....5 days ago.
I see that someone else filed a complaint with Revdex.com over this issue with Fence Outlet. Wish I knew which location.
Despite the hectic hurricane work in Brevard, Michael [redacted] provided superior service and was great to work with. We look forward to finishing this job and others in the future.

I was shopping for a fence for a while, fence outlet was by far the best price in Orlando, Jesse S[redacted] in the store was very out front and accurate with the price, at the end I had pieces that I had to return and he was very fast with the process. The company promised that the install of my fence would take one day with the possibility of coming back the next day to finish up for an hour or two. The agreed time was between 8-10 am on Friday the 16th. Then a message was left that they wouldn't get to me until 2:00 pm. At 2:30 I called and was given the run around for 45 minutes. Only after requesting that my money be refunded did they say that they had a crew on their way. They didn't show up to my house until 4:30 in the afternoon only to attempt to tell me that they did not have time to do anything except knock a few panels down. I run a business and had to take the day off of work to be at my house for this. The two guys that came left and said that the job will be completed the next day. The crew showed up at 10:30 the next day and did work on it for a good portion of the afternoon. and left without it being completed. With water bottles and trash all over my back yard. They came back again on Sunday to finish and they did. They also left half of my old fence thrown behind my house on city property. After promising that they would be back on Monday to remove it, they left. Two days later, the old fence panels are still there and they called and said that they couldn't get back there because they would get stuck. They did not have these problems at all when they were there before. They again assured me that the panels would be removed in a couple of days. It is now Saturday (6 days since this one -one and a half day project was to last) and the panels are still there. I have been warned about the panels by the city and about the potential fine for illegal dumping that I may incur. Fence Outlet has called me twice to ask how the install was and I have told them about my grievances from the date of the install until the Tuesday after. They do not care about customer service and talk down to you on the phone when you are only attempting to find out what is going on. I will continue to tell everyone that I know about my experience so that no one else has to go through the frustration of dealing with this company. I could have saved $400 by using a handyman service with the exact same materials, but they quoted me 4-5 days. I chose the Fence outlet because they promised 1-11/2 days. My mistake. It will not happen again.

Once we called, the estmator came to our house, walked around the yard with me and talked through installation and product options that we had not even thought about, he was a great help! The installation crew were the hardest wirking guys we ever saw! August in Florida, almost 200 feet if old fence to remove and new fence to onstall, and they got it all done and cleaned up in less than 6 hours! They kept us posted on their progress, told us how to clean the fence when needed, and were just amazing workers, never stopping until they were done. Stacy, our sales rep, followed up with us more than once to be sure we were completely satisfied. Overall a fantastic experience from product to service to installation!

After requesting an estimate for repair & replacing hurricane damaged fencing, Fence Outlet responded quite quickly, considering how busy they must be after the storm. They sent Michael R[redacted] to do the survey and we were impressed. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and personable (He even got along well with our dogs. We were so impressed that we signed a contract before even getting any more estimates.If the installation crew is anything like the people we've worked with so far, Hallelujah!!.
