I paid Rainbow Muffler (at their San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL location) over $across visits to repair oil leaks in my car, specifically to replace an oil pan gasket/valve cover gaskets/distributor cap O-ringEach time my car was returned to me my engine oil leaked to near empty within daysUpon deciding to stop giving them more chances or my money, I took my car to Aces & Jacks on St Andrews St S, also in JacksonvilleI was told by Jimmy, their mechanic, that all the parts Rainbow Muffler claimed to replace were not done correctlyInstead of replacement gaskets Rainbow put RVT-silicate over my engine, which according to Aces & Jacks is not an adequate substituteI paid A&J $for them to go into my engine and put the correct parts in to stop my leakSince then, my car has been running correctly without leaks as I was promised it would by Jimmy
After I got my car back from A&J, I received in writing notes from their mechanic statin

I spoke with *** earlier at the Rainbow Muffler off San Jose Blvd and I got an altinator from them months ago and I have a year warranty on the part and I had to go in twice for them to look at it because it keep on going outThey replace my power fluid pump after I had to keep on going back and forth to the shop at least times to finally fix itWhen they fix the altinator and my power steering pump, it wasn't fix correctly so the fluid was leaking to the altinator making it go bad and yesterday my car would not crank up so I had it tow to the nearest shop by my house and the mechanic told me that my altinator is badRainbow muffler gave me a bad altinatorI spent at least $dollars with them in the past year and for them to treat me like that it's a shame to societyI work too hard for my money and I am not going to let them take my money like that without taking legal action against themThey are a shady tree place and should not be able to operate under these circu
