Fidel's Auto salvage will warranty any leaks from installation of windshield , But if the customer cracked the glass it would not be of warrenty any more , if he had brought it in on time if it was leaking before it cracked we would have gladly repaired that issue Now the customer has not came into office , or showed a invoice so we could look him up , The first time we heard from him was on 04/26/while yelling on the phone & we could not get to a resolution with yelling

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was never offered an exeption in fact you all were very rude to meAs I stated to you I have no need for another part I would simply like a refund upon return of the part.Once refused I asked to read your policy and the item handed to me did not state exchange only and I met the required refund conditionsupon stating said facts and again questioning my refund refusal I was told that I had only been given the paper because I asked for something to readI am simply asking for a refund on an unworking part that I have no need for Regards, [redacted]

On November the customer came in to the store at our Del Valle location and purchased a hood with a check, The check was ran through our Tele Check machine , its was accepted then a few days later Tele Check said that there were
no funds available and could not collect so Im thinking From Tele Checks end They were trying to collect for us until we were paid, Then the customer came in to pay us cash. As soon as the customer came to pay for the check and bank fees, I personally notified Tele Check of her payment in cash . Fidel's Auto Salvage would not intentionally charge a customer more than once , We are very sorry for her inconvenience, But if the customer have not written a hot check it would not be an issue today . we have a no refunds exchange only policy , we would make exception to give money back but in this case the customer was very rude and we refused to help her . if she still needs or wants the alternator we could replace it , she would need her receipt and the old parts and we would gladly replace it...

Regards, OK. So a hot check that got paid for in November still justify them running it through again in December 5   and December 26, of 2014. Hot check or not they got paid and still contuined   to run the check. If they had gave me the check I wrote for when I asked them to, the cash I gave to pay the debt in the first place instead of telling me they need to keep for their records / files then  and continued to run the check, then tell me some machine they can't control is contuining to run the check then I would still have my checking account. What do they say to that? They stood there looking me in my eye saying they had to keep the check and yet it contuned to be sent to  chase where they had to closed my account cause they wouldn't  stop sending the check they got paid for through.And they did go to telecheck afterwards cause the letter dated after they got the money. So knowling well you did!!!! Still want that $32 for the two dates in December which by the way comes well after November  month they were reburst for the check. And I need that chech back account closed dont need them trying to again run through again. The machine might try to run again.
