After reviewing Mr***'s complaints it is apparent that he has spent quite a bit of money on the Mazda CXthat he purchased in March 2015. Understandably he may be dissolution with the vehicle and perhaps the best way to remedy the situation would be for us to try and effect a trade out
of it into something else more suitable. All the work on the current vehicle was approved by Mr*** so a refund is not really in order. Please communicate this to Mr*** and let us know how he'd like to proceed. Steve R***Tom Roush Lincoln/Mazda317-896-

Dear Mr ***,We are sorry to hear that you've not been pleased with your Mazda CX-5, I have looked back through all of the service records and it appears that this is a certified pre-owned vehicle so please know that they go through a rigorous point inspection. It appears that Mazda
covered the seat latch at no charge, and the gear selector switch was covered under your extended warranty with your portion being the $deductible. Unfortunately, the other items that were stated are maintenance items that extended warranties do not cover: re: brake pad replacement and spark plug replacement which were replaced at 81,miles which are very much within perimeters. We have encouraged you to come by the dealership so that we can show you some vehicle options that would work for the amount of miles you drive per year. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would only be beneficial to me if I would have not already dished out thousands of dollars to keep my vehicle on the road. At this time I am keeping my vehicle because I would end up losing MORE money if I were to part ways with my CX-7 dealing with a trade. I have 8 months left on my [redacted] Warranty and I plan to add an additional warranty to this vehicle after that ends through my insurance. Scott in service has me taken care of and has been more of a help than he even knows as he went above and beyond to find a way to get me back on the road. I now have my vehicle back but I had to add $1,000 to my loan to do so as well as pay $660 at the Dealership. I would just appreciate a credit of some sort or some sort of supplement as I come here for EVERY service need. A refund at this point is clearly out of the question and I'm okay with that but a credit would be appreciated.Regards,[redacted]
