Review: Was in a 3 year(36 month contracted agreement with this company , whereby a significant charge was paid upfront (several $thousand) and $58 was to be taken from my bank account each month for the contracted period to as a service fee. This period ended in October of 2012. Unbeknownst to myself or my wife, the company continued to withdraw the $58 each month from my bank account until I noticed this in December of 2014. I notified the company of their error and there response was they do not give refunds. I explained that I was not requesting a refund, I was requesting a return of this overcharge that lasted for several years totaling over $1500. They agee that the funds where withdrawn but that I was not entitled to a return the funds because I did not call to stop them from taking the funds, even though our agreement had formerly ended. Over those 2+ years I never received one iota of services, not a letter, not a phone call, not an email. they just continued to collect the funds without providing any services whatsoever and there response isy have a "no refund policy." Clearly my bad in not catching this sooner on my bank statement but this company has no right to these funds. I contacted the company numerous times the service rep and first [redacted] agreed that the initial response from the company was inadequate and they would escalate, after no response I called back and Got a different [redacted] ([redacted]) who advised that since he agreed about the time frame of the agreement and that the funds were taken well beyond the 36 month period, but since the system saw the account as still opened they were entitled to take the funds each month even though they provided absolutely no service during the period in question. I greatly appreciate you help in this matter. Another challenge is getting in touch with them as there phone system is consistently down or they are all 'at training" according to the recorded message. Also there fax number also does not work nor there email address. [redacted] said they are having issues with their technology service provider. Truly deplorableDesired Settlement: I am requesting the return of the $1,508 ($58x26 months) that I was over charged for the time period of November 2012 thru December 2014 which was all non approved and non contracted withdrawals from my bank account. A time period where no service was contracted nor requested nor approved and more importantly not provided.
