The floor tile that was sold to me is not glazed properly as was in the sample I received and the sample in their showroom Because the glaze is not done properly, the tile is very difficult to clean
I have tried numerous attempts to contact them and have emails back and forth from the head of the warranty department Tom *** The last email was sent by Mr *** to me on July 13th with an attachment that I cannot open I have sent emails to both him and the representative that came to my home since July 13th and have not had any response The last representative that came to my home to evaluate the tile said they have seen this problem before, and that he would be in touch with me but has not replied to my texts or phone calls
