I am writing in regards to the new letter that we received 10/24/I spoke to a representative at [redacted] **/**; and she stated they do not have a special code to submit due to the insurance not offering a separate allowance for brace removalAll insurance has been billed off of the lifetime maximumI have worked closely with [redacted] to achieve the maximum insurance that they are allottedI have resubmitted the claim to the insurance company at their request on 10/25/I sent a copy of the claim that we had to fax to [redacted] due to the other one being un-readableI also sent a copy to the parentsI spoke to the father at his son's appointment and he was pleased with the copies that he receivedHopefully the insurance company will process it this timePlease feel free to contact me if I can be of any further helpSincerely, Office Manager
