Regarding the above reference claim, I as well as the management of Finish Line Car Wash have exercised every available option to accommodate this customers concernsSpecifically, due to lack of any proof or documentation, we have asked this individual to have his insurance
company contact us so we can have our carrier handle this claimCommonly, the adjusters will be happy to inspect the customer's purported damage, inspect our facility, review any relevant video, evaluate any posted disclaimers regarding non stock items on vehicles, and then make a determinationWe have always honored the final determinationsThis is what we explained to this individual who apparently thought this process was not appropriateI will be happy to initiate this action when appropriately contacted.

I am rejecting this response because: Why should I contact my insurance company and have a claim when his carwash damaged my property? in my complaint I explained what happened and he ** *** refused to even look at my car I have no doubt that he is responsible but not honest enough to take care of the problemIf you run a business this way you will not stay in business longIn my opinion he should have looked at the carlet me show him where on his car wash the damage occurredlet me view the videoand Fixed my car!!! Why should I have to file a claim with my *** ** and have the chance of my Insurance rates to go up??

I have contacted our Murray location and researched the situation. Upon three different occasions we contacted the customer and offered to have her return and we would be more than happy to fix the problem. We are human, and sometimes humans do make mistakes, but we totally stand behind
whatever service we have and fix the problem. She refused to come back and have us fix the problem. So the following day we did go ahead an refund the money as the customer requested. Of course we do have policies in place that not just any employee can refund money to a customer. This must go through our Central Office because of cash management policies
Not really sure why she would have turned us in to the Revdex.com. If need be, will be happy to provide proof of the refund, be we will need the last for of the credit card number and confirmation of the date of transaction, which I believe is 10/29/

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***.The company did refund my money as requested I turned the business in to the Revdex.com based on the attitude of the co-owner who refused to do as I requested at the time He was an arrogant jerk who did not take my complaints seriously It was only after my husband went to the company and asked for his monthly sticker to be removed from his company car that they actually did anything I feel that the company used me as a "learning opportunity" which is fine except that the only thing that you taught your new manager is that a woman's opinion is not as important as a man's This is not a business that I will choose to frequent in the future By the way, the check was written to him and not me even though they had all of my information Regards,*** ***
