1st Class Medical has received your notice of complaint about our business on ID ***We immediately reached out to our patient by means of a phone call and followed up with a letter expressing our concern for his complaint and a patient
statement showing all - transactions|on his accountI verified with the patient that we do in fact show that he did make| a payment to us and that our collection company has been updated of the paymentAt the time of the payment we had failed to follow up with his need for a copy of a statement as requested at the time of paymentFor this I expressed our most sincerest apologies on behalf of our staff.To assure each patient account is up to date, we have made changes to our work flow to avoid delays on each patient's account.Please be assured that each staff member was måde aware of this complaint and have been made aware of changes we have made to assure this does not occur againOn behalf of 1st Class Medical I would like to thank you kindly for bringing this to our attention.If there is anything else we can do for you please feel free to contact me at the number listed above,

1st Class Medical has received your notice of complaint about our business on ID *** *** account has since been written off, although his complaint stated it was notI have sent him a second copy of his statement as the representative to whom he
conversed with sent him a copy on February 26, We informed *** *** that even though his account was taken care of in he still had an unpaid claim from the insurance that just recently processed and paid on 01/27/2015, resulting in a coinsurance due by him based on his insurance policyDue to the level of this complaint we have adjusted of the balance on his accountOn behalf of 1st Class Medical I would like to thank you kindly for bringing this to our attentionIf there is anything else we can do for you please feel free to contact me at the number listed above.Best Regards,

Review: I have paid my bill in full and continue to get billed by this company and harrassed with phone calls from them. I have provided them with the date of payment along with the type of Credit Card used and the last four numbers of the Credit Card used for payment. This is what they said that they needed to verify payment. On the last bill that I received it states that this account will be reviewed to be referred to a collection agency. I do not need anything like that on my Credit history.Desired Settlement: I want this company to simply send me something in writing that states that my bill is paid in full, and not get any more bills in the mail. I have since found another company to do business with.
