This was not some random misspelling

I am responding in further detail about the complaint from Real American Dry CleanersWe have never spoken to the merchantWe market and advertise working capital online through *** *** and ***When a prospective client searches the web for working capital you have many different ad campaigns that a merchant may seeThe merchant clicked on our link online and continued to fill out a formWe do not get any information other than the following (Business Name, Customer Name, Phone number, Email, funding amount and time in business)From there the information gets emailed to a sales rep to reach out to the prospective clientWhen we weren’t able to reach him we put his email and name into an email system to just follow upWe do not have any other type of information on the clientWhen we transferred the lead info to the email via excel file the name could of got crossedNobody called us, nobody submitted an app nor did we speak with anyone at that time nor everI can assure you there is no identify theft involved what so everIf any theft has been present, we would have reached out to the client applying which none of it ever happened.I do not know how else I may clarify how this particular clients name and email came across our companyIn order for us to proceed with an approval we would need a lot more than just name and emailThe process is similar to a bank Underwriting process. We received the potential clients information through a web forum. we have online ad campaigns that we went to and filled out the info. A representative tried to reach out to him but wasn't able to reach him. So when he received an email from us, it was just a follow up to see if perhaps he would be...
interested at that time (2nd attempt). His information has been deleted from the system. I personally tried reaching him last week by calling him 3 times on the only number we have and nobody answered the call
