Review: On 3/28/16, I signed a money back guarantee service agreement with Fischer Environmental for lawn service. We were scheduled for our first spray on April 4th, and no one came or called. We called to inquire and were told the serviceman was sick. So, we rescheduled for a later date. Again, no one came. The lady called and told us she was sorry, but he had to cover for other people. Once again, we rescheduled for April 11th. Stanley came and sprayed. On April 18th, we observed no weeds had died. My husband called to inquire to see if the solution was too weak. The lady said she would have Stanley call us right away to discuss this matter. Since I never heard from him, I forwarded an e-mail to Fischer on 4/20/16, stating that I would like to cancel this account, because I have not been pleased with the initial service. I also requested a refund of $120.00.Desired Settlement: A refund in the amount of $120.00
