In response to customers complaint, as a Charter Boat,cancellations due occur throughout the season due to weather and amount of customers that reserve on a daily basisAs stated by customer I was by know means rude or dismissiveEverything that was offered to customer was not workableWe sale
days a week twice daily throughout the seasonCustomer claims we also did not want to refund his ***, all ***s refunds are done through the *** CoI have an extremely high success rating through *** *** *** *** etcI accommodate thousands of people throughout the fishing season and I'm sorry I was not able to please this particular customer

I have spoke with the [redacted] company that the customner bought his ticket from,I was told giving a refund back is not a problem,To get this matter resolved I have no problem giving a refund for what he paid for ticket.I offered a refund to him before the complaint was made,Please just submit a copy of his [redacted] to me and I will put a refund in the mail ASAP.                                                                                                                                                   Thank You,                                                                                                                                                                Steve S[redacted]
