This person is a complete scoundrel. He, and his wife, "bought" our house as a lease to purchase. He made all kinds of promises and demands before we settled on a deal. We NEVER got a monthly payment on time and he destroyed our property. They left owing us thousands of dollars, a house filled with garbage, holes in the walls and having done NONE of the renovations that he promised to do. They also stole our range/oven. This was a business transaction where Mr. [redacted] claimed to be a reputable, able and trustworthy contractor/construction person. He is not. I'm writing this in hopes that he will not be able to scam anyone else, like he did to us.
