Five O Drive Thru

Review: On 03/25/2015 about 1:30 pm I went to the Fivo-o-Drive thru and proceeded to purchase 2 throw away 16 oz. Bottles of Diet Pepsi and a 2$ bag of Chittos. The sales guy in the drive thru proceeded to ring up my purchases and for some odd reason I seen him take a bag of Dirotoes in there and he scanned them. Mind you I didn't purchase a bag of Dirotoes. The next thing I new he came back and said my purchase came to 9.13 cents. I of course asked him is that correct, he proceeded to say yes. I said there is no way two pops and a 2$ bag of chittoes cost $9.13 cents. I didnt want to accuse him of anything, so I let it go until I left then called the drive- thru to talk to the manager and he was suppose to call me back but never did. At that point I was pretty ticked off. The most my order should of came to should of only of been $6.13. 2 throw away bottles of Diet Pepsi 3.00, 2.00 bag of chittoes, and a $1 to use debit card.Desired Settlement: I want my money back from the purchase I did not do. The employee should be reprimanded for unauthorized purchase from customers debit card. My assumption he ate the Doritos. I was not given a receipt, and when I called I got a female in the liqueur store connecting me to the manager but he never answered nor called me back about my complaint.

I am writing this letter in response to a complaint you received from one of our customers stating thatshe was over charged on her purchase at my store. I have looked into the matter and concluded that itwas an honest mistake by one of my employees which resulted in the customer being over charged by$2.29. The customer had left her contact information so I called the customer and explained that shewas over charged by @2.29 and she can come in and pick up the refund of $2.29. She replied 'OK' andsaid that she would come in for the refund.I hope this is sufficient in the matter. Please let me know if I needed to take any further action.Thank youManager
