Fix Auto

I had fix auto fix a truck that ran over a moose, the truck had t shake to it when done, so I looked at the front left wheel & it still had moose guts & blood on half of it, so I removed & cleaned it my self shake went awaythe day I drove it away from the shop the next start the truck did not start, found the negative cable on the battery still loose, tightened it my self has started every time sincenow the complaint; my insurance company only uses fix auto for estimates so I had they do an estimate on my truck after a small wreck, I did not plan to use them to fix my truck, I told them I did not plan to use them to fix my truck because the last time they did a bad jobbut they ordered a new wheel for my truck any way, called me to pick it up for $I told them I did not want the wheel I already fixed my truckthey said they could not send it backseveral months go by and corner stone collections call me & say I owe them $fix auto sent me to collect

I am very disgusted with this companyWhen I went to pick up my truck once the work was completed I realized that my LED light bar was not on the truckI went inside and asked the friendly lady at the front desk where my light bar wasShe proceeded to the back, I'm assuming to talk to the lady who wrote up my quotemin go by and the young lady who wrote my quote finally comes out to talk to meAt that point she informed me that they are not responsible for any theft of items from the vehicles here at fix autoIm sorry but did I miss the part where I was supposed to pick my truck up every night to ensure that my vehicle is left alone during the time when this company is supposed to keep my vehicle secure I asked them if the vehicles are in a locked and secure area when they all go home for the night and she said yesSo then how the hell does something get ripped off of a vehiclePlease please, do not support this company at allGood luck to the rest of the people who have vehicles in the care of this company

I have a long story to tell, but I'll keep it short My vehicle had interior damage I went there because GEICO uses them as a preferred shop I was told I would get my car back in weeks In all, it took them over months In that time, they lost my key, lost parts they had ordered, and twice I arrived to pick up my car when I was told it was ready only to find that it was not actually ready I will give them stars because they were communicative for the most part about the process, and because they dropped my car off at my work the third time it was "ready" They also replaced my key
One strange detail- I found broken glass shards throughout the inside of my car which was certainly not there when I brought it in, although none of my windows appeared to have been replaced
