After being contacted by this company multiple times about listing my house through them, I decided to give them a try I cancelled the order within an hour of placing it First the promo code they gave me didn't work so I had to contact the sales guy again Then the pictures they had loaded on their website were outdated and the way to update them was not clear So I called customer support and got voice mail Not even the option to hold Then I tried through their website link for support which is really just a form submittal so no help there I called the sales guy back to find out why customer support doesn't have an option to hold and was told their main customer support person was out for health reasons He gave me the direct number of someone else to call When I questioned how many people were in support, I couldn't get a clear answer and he had no idea how their support actually worked He said it wasn't his department I cancelled the order right then and there I have no desire to work with a company that apparently only has one (or maybe two) support people and no plans for when they are sick and their sales guys don't know how it works and no desire to find out

I had a good experience with Fizber The listing site was very user friendly and I was able to get my listing up onsite in mins When I had questions about my listing I calling customer service and got a nice girl Melissa to help me with my questions When I sold my home in less than two weeks within listing I spoke to Melissa about changing my status to pending When it sold Melissa was thrilled for me and she helped me with the final status!

Fizber was great to work with! They provided excellent and timely service. Their promotional package was very well done and featured our home better than any other real estate service we used. We have recommended Fizber to others and we would certainly use them again.

I listed my home on Zillow as a For Sale By Owner and Fizber took over my listing. I was no longer able to make changes to it including the price. They also listed my home on many sites with WRONG information. The are terrible, do not use this site!!!

Fizber list our home on multiple sites with the WRONG info and would NOT take it off. They don't tell you that you lose all control over your listing info and they are NOT helpful!!! STAY AWAY they are scammers!!!!!!!!'
