09/05/2016To Whom it May Concern:First And Foremost ** *** did purchase a *** *** From us, however, her other statements are and inaccurateEnclosed is a copy of the title which can very well be seen, is not branded, and also shows the millage when we purchased the car and
sold the carNever did her car have miles on itAs you can see from her statement shes been driving her car and put over miles on it since she bought the car in febuary and drives it dailyWe dont sell branded title vehicles or TMU (True Miles Unknown) Vehicles that cannot be financedOur system automatically will deny the sale for financing though our lendersThey would have to be cash, no payments and she clearly is financed through a finance company that has been in business for yearsTheres also an odometer disclosure statement included, by myself and *** *** showing miles at time of saleNow to address, some type of part put on her car to pass Inspection, I dont even understand what that is or what shes talking aboutWe sell used cars not new so if infact, if sometthing like that exist, we never heard of it, or use things like that at allShe dropped Her car off to us demanding we fix her car later, after she bought it, with no appointment at allWe informed her we would look at it for her an she would be responsible for all repairs and even gave her a loner car to drive until we look at itAfter we didn't get to it in her time frame to check it out, she came to the lot, demanded her keys and said she was taking her carWhich Was fineHer vehicle she traded in, the transmission went out along with a number of other problems after it was traded inAt no point in time did we contact *** *** demanding she fix anythingIt was traded in as is,as the car was sold as is.Shee let us know on many occasions of her finacial situation which seems to always be the case when it comes to these mattersPeople cannot afford to maintain their carmiles driven seems pretty good in a month time frameWe didnt get $out of her tradeWhen we did her paperwork with her explained every single page that she initialed and signed, and informed her if she has any questions please askIT was also explained that she has the option to purchase a warranty from date of sale up to days at an additional cost and she declined.its always later when something needs repaired and a persons finances are depleted, that its our faultThere was Prior Frame damage repaired per *** in the history of the car from a previous owner that was disclosed, and the customer was made aware of and signed a disclosure, stating thatWhich is why it was sold at a discounted price and she was allowed to look at the vehicle and inspect prior to purchase, but still she wanted to purchased the vehicle** *** is really needing help financially for repairs it seems, and trying to demand us to do things for her car that is not our responsibilityA car needs to be maintained, as her trade in wasnt at all, and the problems we incurred with it, tells all, but again its traded in, "as is", which means, her trade in becomes our responsibility
