This guy is a 100% liar. No other way to put it. If you see him coming you should absolutely disregard anything that comes out of his mouth.Lies, lies and more lies. He is not a contarctor-he is a con man. We are still cleaning up his mess after a year. He will try to sell you dreams of all the spectacular things he can do, but never comes thru on any of them. On more than one occasion he has absolutely lied to his sub contractors. The fact that I paid MOST of the contactors myself and didnt allow him to touch the money is probably the only reason we werent further in the red( I had to get multiple mechanical liens removed before we could close). After he saw I was hip to his bs, and the never ending lies and boasting had run out- he eventually did the same. RAN OUT!!! yes he left the job incomplete. What kinda of man hides from another man? I literally had to smoke this guy out before he ran off again. We had to finish the house on our own, not to mention redo some of the poor work that his crack head subs had coompleted. I could go on for ever about the crookedness of this dude but I wont. Whatever you do, do not allow this guy to do any type of work for you. A builder once told me he wouldnt allow [redacted] to build a dog house for him. Man I sure wish I wouldve taken heed!Desired SettlementPAY ME!!!Business Response Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint flied by Mr. [redacted]. My company entered into a contract with Mr. [redacted] to build a home for him and his family. It is an accurate statement that he was responsible for managing all project funds since he secured his own construction loan. Additionally, he acquired all licenses and permits, which gave him total control over all aspects of the construction project. From the beginning of the project, it was understood by both parties that we were operating on an extremely tight budget. However, there were numerous changes and special orders requested by Mr. [redacted] that were outside of the contract that caused the budget challenges. In good faith, my company paid for materials and continued to work until it became apparent that Mr. [redacted] had exhausted his loan funds. As a result, we had to cease all the work in order to minimize our company losses. The structure of the home was more than 90% completed when we regrettably had to mutually terminate the contract due to non-payment. Mt. [redacted] was presented with all the invoices for labor and material throughout the project for which he was responsible for paying. If he did not pay and invoices, this would explain the mechanical liens. Additionally, all work performed by my company and subcontractors was approved by the [redacted] Furthermore, Mr. [redacted] own bank had to approve all work before issuing funds to him for the project. I am sympathetic to Mr. [redacted]'s anxiousness in purchasing his first home. Nevertheless, please rest assured that my company stands bu the quality of workmanship in our product. My company does not owe any money to Mr. [redacted]. Additionally, the company wrote off our losses that were incurred on this project. We have and will continue to strive to provide our customers with and exceptional home and impeccable level of service. As a results, I am requesting that you close this complaint and remove it from my Revdex.com profile. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)In addressing Mr. [redacted]'s response, I will do so numerically.1. There were no additions to the original blueprint-we actually had some things omitted to try and work with Mr. [redacted].2. The work stoppage had nothing to do with finances. Feel free to contact [redacted] at [redacted] bank and trust to confirm that we had ample resources left when Mr. [redacted] disappeared the 1st time. Mr. [redacted] was actually at a class in [redacted] during this time (there was a 2 1/2 month work stoppage while we tried to find [redacted]).3.It was brought to our attention that Mr. [redacted] had ordered and continued to try to order material for another house he was building in the same area ( please see one of the other complaints against this company by another dissatisfied customer). Feel free to contact Sunrise building supply in [redacted] and ask them about [redacted].4. Mutally parting ways? ?? This guy left and was never heard from again. The construction loan provider ( Evolve bank and trust) his incompetent sub contractors , nor myself couldn't find him. The money he was given to pay the few subs we entrusted him to pay, weren't paid. I.E. Absolute heat and air. Feel free to contact them about [redacted]. All the leins came from the contractors he was entrusted to pay. Oh yeah, I can't forget the concrete guy he never took the check to. 5. Quality of work:We've had 3 different contractors tell us about his horrible work. I had to get the master bedroom bath totally redone. The jacuzzi still doesn't work. [redacted] wouldn't know because he left the project without any notice at all.6. 1st home? ?? We own 6 homes. Feel free to contact any of the aforementioned companies to get an opinion about this company/person.*We 1000% stand by our complaints against this company/person.*

I gave him a $1500 earnest deposit check and it cleared my account on february 28,2013. due to the fact construction had not begun in time and he was avoiding my calls..on august 5, 2013 I sent him a text message and email requesting my $1500 earnest deposit back. I have yet to receive my money back. on october XX XXXX I sent another request for my money. on oct 17 he sent me a text saying he would give me my money back. I told him I needed it that day...I have yet to receive my money, nor has he begun any construction.Desired Settlementi want my $1500 earnest deposit money refunded to me no later than october 31, 2013Business Response Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the consumer complaint filed on 12/19/2013. [redacted] s and [redacted] never entered into an agreement with this consumer. Her agreement was with another business entity owned by [redacted] and [redacted] Additionally the earnest money was held by that company and cashed at [redacted] in [redacted] My company was never in receipt of her earnest money and I am not liable. Consumer was previously notified with this information in an effort to help her resolve this matter. as a result, I am requesting that you close this complaint and remove it from my Revdex.com profile.Final Consumer Response The consumer provided a contract with the name of your company, [redacted] Homes, on it. (See enclosure)Now, that it has been established that a marketplace transaction did occur between [redacted] Homes and Ms. [redacted], please submit a response to the complaint that addresses all the issues. Final Business Response Per my communication to your office on November 30, 2015, I notified your office that "[redacted] Homes and Construction never entered into an agreement with this consumer." however, per the notice you sent me on December 29th, that information was charged to reflect that this company did enter into an agreement. [redacted] and Construction is a separate legal entity from [redacted] & [redacted] a joint venture with [redacted] and [redacted] of [redacted] Ms. [redacted] was well aware that these two men were responsible for the administrative and financial function and had their contact information as well. My responsibility was for construction only. Construction did not commerce because she defaulted as she did not provide evidence of a loan commitment letter nor was she able to secure a loan approval for the construction of the house. I never collected any earnest money from Ms. [redacted]. She delivered it directly to [redacted] and [redacted] and it was cashed through their account, which I have reminded and it was cashed through their account, which I have reminded her of several times. This complaint that has been been filed by Ms. [redacted] is yet another personal attack against me because we had a one time intimate encounter that I chose not to continue with her. She has not attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] or Mr. [redacted] the responsible parties. Instead sent hassling letter to other parties with whom I have had professional and personal relationships in an effort to tarnish my name.Again, I am asking that this complaint by closed by the Revdex.com and removed from my profile.

Complaint[redacted] is a horrible contractor, very dishonest, and scams money, and stuff from job.Not worthy for hiring![redacted] of Fleming homes, is a con man, he will out bid jobs, and will tell customers and sub contractors BIG lies! He talks and acts like he is a millionaire, but has no money or credit. He started to build our home, but I ended up firinge him because he started to scam money through fake invoices. He is dishonest, and very unethical. He lies to all of his subs and turns them against us. Quality of work is no good, he does not stay on the job. Once he gets paid, he disappears for a while them when he needs money he starts to sweet talk. This man should not be in business, but he should be in jail. Pleas be aware, he will lie through anything, he tells us that he owns millions in properties, but all lies! He can't get credit anywhere for supplies so I had to pay out of pocket all the time. I plan to file complaints, in [redacted] county and [redacted] county, so the next consumer will not be conned. DO NOT WORK OR HIRE THIS MAN, HE IS A CON!!! Desired SettlementAT THIS POINT, WE JUST FIRED HIM, BECAUSE WE FELT WE WERE DEALING WITH A CRIMINAL, SO I DO NOT WANT ANY PROBLEMS! Business ResponseThank you for the opportunity to respond to the consumer complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. It is a correct statement that my company entered into an agreement to construct a home for Mr. [redacted]. He secured his construction loan and managed his loan funds during the construction process. Additionally, he was responsible for pulling permits and licenses, which gave him total control over the project. All work performed on the structure was inspected and approved by Desoto County Code Enforcement, Mr. [redacted]'s financial institution, and Mr. [redacted] himself. Because the parties could not agree on the clients request to renegotiate terms and costs for the scope of work, Mr. [redacted] was within his rights to sever the agreement with my company. Although I respect Mr. [redacted]'s decision, my company does adhere to ethical and legal business practices at all times. Furthermore, we uphold quality standards in our products and services. In conclusion, I am requesting that you close this complaint and remove it from my Revdex.com profile. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I still do not recommend this contractor or his company. My experience with dealing with them was full of lies and dis honesty from the start to the time we terminated the contract. Buyer or home builders be a ware. Not recommended at all.
