complaint.  On January 23, 2015 at 8:24am our office responded to the Complainant's email (dated 1/22/15 at 3:13pm) that there was an error in our response to the 3rd payoff request which was quickly resolved by our office, we would gladly refund the fee and apologized for any inconvenience.  This response was sent prior to receiving notification of the complaint filed with your office.  We seek satisfactory resolution to this matter prior to refunding any fee to the Complainant. Thank you.
