Here is the "other side of the story," for this complaint, from my employee
I communicated via email, while on vacation and told him that his credit card had not been processed and there were no charges on his credit card. I'm guessing he used a debit card and the bank held his money, not me. Since the order was placed on the internet, there could not be an "immediate" refund, since the order was not settled through our system. *** is always courteous to customers and has been an employee for years. We did screw up the order and took the blame. We send out an arrangement at our cost the next day with our apologies, as is our policy when we do make a mistake. Obviously, this guy seems to be more upset that he didn't get an "immediate" refund, but as stated, I cannot control how banks handle the cards
