Review: I ordered two portraits of my dog [redacted] to be done by [redacted] last September, 2013. I paid the fee for her to begin the project which was 75.00. After contacting her numerous times to find out what the status of my portraits were she finally sent me proofs to review in March of 2014. I approved one, changes were made to the other, then I approved it as well a few days later. She sent me a invoice to pay the balance of the amount due and she was going to send me my portraits. That was March **, 2014. I pay another 161.00 for the portraits. I never received my portraits. I again contacted her numerous times asking where my portraits were. Finally 46 days ago she responded and said she had been sick in the hospital, but my files were being sent over to the printer and would be shipped. She said she would send me a tracking number. No tracking number was ever sent to me. I STILL I have never received my portraits. She is still not responding to my inquires as to when I will receive my portraits. She has one of the portraits of my dog now showing on her website for advertising.Desired Settlement: I would like the two portraits of my dog [redacted] that have been paid in full. If she cannot send me the portraits I want all of my money refunded immediately. I would also like the picture of my dog [redacted] taken off her website that she is using for advertising, as I feel that should be illegal since she has never sent me my portraits and she does not have my permission to use her portrait on her website.

Review: I ordered a painting of our dog to be done from a photograph I supplied to Flying Fur Pet Portraits. I paid the entire amount, $250, in advance, on February *, 2014. I approved an online image of the painting, and on March ** I provided my home address so the painting could be sent to me. I have not received the painting, and I have received no answers to my inquiries. I either want the painting or my money back.Desired Settlement: I either want the painting sent to me or I want a refund of my $250 payment.
