Review: I went into the new store in town , foam city. They sell shoes theybdont have extra sizes and they did not have a size seven so I bought a size 6 1/2 nikes and figured I would try them on when I got home. NO WHERE in the store is the there a sign that says no returns or exchanges and no where on the receipt does it state that either. I tried the shoes on at home they were to small so I took them back. Tge owner refused the return and I have never worn them , tags still on and Iin box with reciept. He continued to say he does not take exchanges or returns so I explained it isno where in the store or receipt that states that. He pulled out a piece of paper and wrote absolutely no returns in pen on it and handed it to me. I took pictures of it all and told him it was wrong so he said that it is not posted anywhere because it is a new business and he hasnt had it printed yet. I told him that was no my fault and he cant do that because it wasnt posted so he then said he cant take them back because they smell like smoke and I do not smoke !!! That is ridiculous . They are still in original bag and box and I proceeded to tell him they do not so he decided to pass the shoe around for customers to smell to sayb they do smell like smoke and embarass me when I do not smoke ! He told me it was disgusting and embarassed me horrible and riped me off. I got upset and told him I was calling the police and better business bearue and turning him in and he laughed at me and I left.Desired Settlement: I want my money back , and an apology for the embarassment and stress he has caused ne or I will file a lawsuit!
