Foleys collision was paid by my insurance to fix my car with brand new parts. They kept the money and repaired what they could and didn't replace [redacted] of 2013 I sent my car to foleys collision to repair my front end collision damage. My insurance paid them over [redacted] for the repairs. This included a new hood, the protective coverings, all grilles, new bumper and lots of hardware. Over this year I have been noticing more and more things wrong that should of been fixed. I called the same [redacted] adjuster who dealt with this claim. He left my house today letting me know after inspecting the vehicle that fir one, that is definitely the same hood bent back and awfully done and with chipped paint. The bumper is hanging on one side due to missing hardware and or poor adjustments. Different colored lights were used for blin k ers. Nothing fits correctly now, can see gaps in many areas. Will be going full force with suing them, horrible service but even worse no respect for another human just their pockets.Desired SettlementThey need to write a hefty check for all the parts they were paid for so I can have a real and reputable body shop fix my family vehicle. They don't seem to be of any decency so I expect to take them to court if they don't just do the right thing. Business Response I have Emailed the consumer and tried to contact her via telephone. I have not yet heard from the consumer so the complaint can be addressed.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I have no email from Foleys Collision. I emailed them through their website, my home number isnt private they can look it up and call me or email actually me back and not just state that they did and I'll be sure to respond. This is the worst shop I have ever ever done business with. They wouldn't try to resolve this if their business depended on it, they made thousands off my insurance who.can and will at my request write a letter stating they confirm alot of parts such as the obvious used hood and all plastic coverings missing as a start. If you immoral characters want to do the right thing its simple. not holding my breath with these [redacted] crack shopsFinal Business Response You claim that [redacted] "paid us to replace your hood." [redacted] does not authorize the repair; the customer authorizes the repair. For example, [redacted] estimate was for [redacted] but you were only charged [redacted] The price you paid of [redacted] included repairing not replacing the hood. This was discussed in a direct conversation between [redacted] at [redacted] and yourself the day you dropped your vehicle off for repairs. We will be more than happy to review any letter your [redacted] representative has.To address your complaint about the hanging and missing bumper hardware, we would need to look at it. Based on your description, it is difficult to comprehend. Parts of bumpers do not fall off by themselves almost a year later. Cars are not designed that way. We would like the opportunity to view the vehicle. Without being able to see it, it sounds more like someone hit your bumper or you hit something causing bumper parts to fall off. After careful and extensive review of your file, our company only owes you [redacted] for the [redacted] replacement. We are willing to submit payment of [redacted] as a final resolution to this matter.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)For the last time, I refuse only [redacted] as payment, you were paid by my insurance company to replace not repair the hood. The bumper has been hanging meaning not even or flush with the rest of the vehicle since I LEFT WITH THE CAR not a year later. Also, you're poor excuse for repairing and not replacing the hood you were paid for, is that me and a crummy salesman and mr. [redacted] discussed this when I dropped off the car? I was really hoping for a professional answer. What indeed happened was, I dropped off my [redacted] at the [redacted] dealership where I bought it from, where one of the [redacted] showed up suit and tie and said all smiles don't worry we'll take care of you and I handed you my keys and left. THERE WAS NO DISCUSSION OF BODYWORK WHATSOEVER and honestly thats my fault for being ignorant and just letting your company touch. Mr. [redacted] and the salesman are buddies, lets not leave that out. I will certainly get a letter from [redacted] to state what I already have five times, YOU WERE PAID TO REPLACE THE HOOD NOT TO REPAIR IT. Plain and simple. Please be professional and stop making up conversations you were not even there for. I have the evidence and no way will your people touch my car again. I'm a victim of your shaby work and continuous lies, I won't stop until you pay up.
