later for an oil leak concernWhen we inspected the car we found the epoxy used by an outside shop to repair the pan was leakingWe told the customer it was nothing we did and she replied by accusing us of purposely damaging her car with an abundance of vulgaritiesWe politely asked her to leave and suggested to her if she had any concerns she could contact the BAR for advise

Review: I went to Folsom approved through my credit union to purchase the car. I told them that I had approval through Atlanta Postal Credit Union and that I wanted to finance the car through my credit union. I was told that I would still have to sign their application in case the loan didn't go through. Lifelock informed me that there had been credit report pulled on my name. I did not know about that. Finally, I called my credit union because I had not received any payment information. They had not received any paperwork for my car. So I called Folsom Buick. They told me that my car was financed through someone that I know nothing about. I don't want my car finance through some strange company. I did not approve my personal information being given to another company.Desired Settlement: I want the paperwork sent to my credit union and no other. I want a statement put into my credit report that they should not have pulled my personal information.

Review: I bought a Hyundai Sonata 2008 GLS with 38016 odometer reading on April 10 2012.I went to change my tires on Jan 2nd 2015 to Costco tire center and paid for all the tires to change as per Hyundai GLS 2008 standard. My current odometer reading is around 61k and my tires needs to be replaced as per std. The manufacture size spc is P215/60R1694V but in my car it is P195/65R15T rated which is 4.5% smaller and they warned me that can cause Anti-lock braking system negatively. I cross checked with Hyundai dealership and they have repeated the same thing.I went to check with Folsom Buick and met with [redacted] shown my car. He said they are not sure how it happened and told me, may be the guy whom we had bought this car had done it and sold it to us. I countered them that even if the other guys has done it don't you inspect it before selling it to your customers. He said we do and their service said your car doesn't make any impact on the car performance and typed me a print out which claims only the width of the tire is matched.He said we can't do anything as its 2 yrs old matter on which I requested them its their fault and they should consider it as I always feel an issue with my brakes and all I want the rims should be replaced so that I can get the tires changed. He asked me give my name and no. and asked me to contact on following Monday which I did but no contacts happened. I went to them on Jan 6th and asked an answer which they said we can't do anything.I asked them that give me the inspaction report which you did before you sold the car to me on which one of the guy(i dont know his name) he said we are not obliged to give you on which I said I will complain about you to Revdex.com and write a bad review on [redacted]. On which he responded very badly and came very close to may and said are you threatening me. I said if you don't give me this then I will do my action as I paid for that car as per Hyundai std. He responded very badly and asked me to leave the property now and do whatever you can.Desired Settlement: Replacement of Rims as per Hyundai std.
