Revdex.com spoke to Donald at business and the following was relayed: The consumer brought the vehicle in on July 11 of this year. Pan was rusty and needed to be replaced, the consumer declined that repair, which was not covered under warranty. The vehicle was brought back in October, which a loaner car was provided for the 2nd visit, and the vehicle was down 4 quarts of oil due to the rusty transmission pan that had recommended to be replaced and declined by the consumer in July.
Revdex.com spoke to Donald at business and the following was relayed: The rust was present before the leak. Anything with oil on it will not rust or rot. In the 3 weeks the car was apart several calls were made to the insurance and the insurance company did not want to do anything with it.
