They settle your account, lie to the customer, and then say sorryI would not recommend this company to anyone! Take your business elsewhere!!! I am excited and relieved to have this situation turned around for me
I would not recommend this company. I did not receive progress reports and when I would call I would always get the response that "the negotiators are working with the creditors to get your best option", or they were waiting to hear from the creditors. I paid my balance ahead of schedule only to hear that additional funds were needed to complete the program because I didn't have enough money in my account to settle the last 2 outstanding debts. I sent the money they said was needed 3/2016. As of late May 2016 I still didn't get communication as to what was happening. I spent 1 week calling everyday insisting that they return the money I sent in March. I finally got a supervisor who became my point of contact and 3 weeks later my accounts were finally settled.

My contract term was up with this company, yet my debt was still not taken care off. I was called by an employee to continue there services until my last debt was paid off. She assured me that since I was continuing there service and my contract was up, there would be no fees. Once the creditor was paid off, I would have an extra fees returned to me. Well, my creditor was paid off and I had no refund. Hidden message: they don't return fees, they keep them! They settle your account, lie to the customer, and then say sorry. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Take your business elsewhere!!!
I am excited and relieved to have this situation turned around for me.
Instead of dealing with my debt, although continuously drafting my checking account, one of the largest debtors kept sending mail, then collections, then I had to go through mediation. At that time, the lawyer for the credit card company's collection agency gave me his caed for me to forward to NSS. NOBODY contacted him the entire 4 months!!! I had to go back before the judge, where, at that time no mercy was shown. Either I borrowed money from family; or they would put a lean against my house, When I called NSS, I was told that"Somebody must've dropped the ball." But you don't think they offered to take any money off my contract, heck NO! They told me I didn;t have to go to court??? Really?? In who's world?
