Review: I was charged twice on two seperate occasions for the same items. I usually checkout using Paypal and for some odd reason, it didnt give me the option to do so. I was told, there's a "glitch" with there system because a similar situation occurred with another customer.

December 21, 2015 Revdex.com Serving Metropolitan New York Attn: [redacted] 30 East 33rd Street – 12th Floor New York, NY 10016 RE: Case #[redacted] Dear [redacted], I received your correspondence and reviewed the information in Mr. [redacted]’s account. I see that his original order was placed the evening of 12/9/15 and then the identical order downloaded into our system on the afternoon of 12/10/15. Unfortunately I am not able to determine why this happened and I sincerely apologize to Mr. [redacted] for any inconvenience it caused. His account shows that he was charged $74.89 for his second order (as one item was cancelled) and we issued a refund back to his credit card in the amount of $74.89 on 12/15/15. Typically cardholders should allow their financial institution 5-7 business days to post the funds back to the account after we have issued it. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Care Supervisor Footaction

Customer service SUCKS! I called customer service to check an order status and had to wait for over 30 minutes. Hint they are open 24/7, and I did not call during peak hours. Just terrible, I will never order from them again.

Review: Purchased an item (athletic sneaker) less than 3 weeks ago. Item is the wrong size and has not been used, still in brand new condition, however did not have the original receipt. Went to the original store where it was purchased and the same items are still on the shelves and online (footaction.com) for the full MSRP at $175.00. Store will not accept the item. Contacted the Footaction Corporate and was given the local District manager phone number and was told to go to another location to return the shoes. Upon arrival, the staff offered a store credit at 40% off from original price while same items are still on shelves for the full MSRP price at $175.00. How can you offered a consumer a lesser value than the original purchased price while the same item was never on sale? Same item is on shelves and online for the full MSRP. They offered no solution.Desired Settlement: To receive full purchase price which is $175.00 plus local sales tax 6%.

Review: Hello,

I am sorry to report a terrible experience with my footaction.com order #1572620.

I am very disappointed that after ordering 2 pants, paying $25 in expedited shipping for them BOTH to arrive on 12/24, received a order confirmation, then a shipment confirmation only to recive an incomplete order of only 1 pair of pants with no additional explanation. This was totally unacceptable and as soon as I noticed, I contacted customer service and was very disappointed in their response that they would not refund my shipping costs. I asked that my Visa be fully refunded for the expidited shipping fees I paid when my order did not arrive as ORDERED/PROMISED. As far as im concerned, this is a case of false advertisement and is a bait and switch. I would NEVER have placed my order nor would I have paid the $25 shipping for 1 item, knowing that both items would not be arriving. Being that my order was unfulfilled at NO fault of mine, I feel I am legally due a refund for the shipping. I am also returning the item I did receive and expect a COMPLETE REFUND including shipping costs.

Had I known I could not

rely on my purchase arriving in time, I would have made other

arrangements much sooner. I am further shocked that I was given a

tracking number and was NOT informed my item would be missing from the

shipment until late Christmas Eve when it was much too late to do

anything about it. How incredibly devastating!!!

Whats worse, Footaction customer service was particularly rude and unhelpful in remidying he situationall. [redacted] #6502 and [redacted] from the Wisconsin call center were by far the least helpful and insensitive "customer serivice" persons I've ever spoken to. They blatantly refused to refund shipping and down played the ssituation by repearing, "well, you received the other part of the order, so we did our part". [redacted] #6502, also mentioned that the pants I ordered could not be filled because of a quality issue , being somthing wrong with the factory or the color...and blah, blah blah... none of which were my problem. She was especially insensitive and callas.

If this is how Footaction handles business, I would never recommend the business to ANYONE.Desired Settlement: Due to severity of this issue, and given the unfulfilled (false)

confirmation of my order, not only do I expect a full refund for the

$25 EXPIDITED shipping costs I paid, but I would hope that Footaction Values me as

a customer and for my troubles, and provides me with a complimentary

gift card AND a discount on a future order. I would hope Footaction

would consider providing this reasonable incentive.

I am looking forward to your prompt response.

Thank you and I hope you had a very Merry Christmas.

Review: when returning the item I purchased, in no way was there any mentioning of foot action not refunding the full amount. only if using your return label they would take the money for that, but I did not use your labels, and foot action is still taking $7.99 for what. why am I not getting back my full refund.Desired Settlement: maybe footaction should find a way to put on the website, that even if you do return items, that no matter what we will not give you a full refund because of some sorry excuse and see if people will continue to buy from you. as for me I will never order something from you guys anymore, I don't want someone calling me and giving me an excuse of what happen, I payed $28.69 and I am only getting back $19.99, that is unacceptable. I want my full refund.

RE: Complaint ID # [redacted]

Review: On 08/06/2014 I purchased a pair of sneakers from Footaction USA that were on sale. On 08/07/2014 I received a t-shirt in a package. The description or the order is as follows: Cr: 2483779 /Order Number: 1493574/ 1 11740111 NIKE AR FLIGHT BANGER-WH/WH/RY/ Size 7.0. When the t-shirt was received there was not a packing slip to identify the order, it was just the shirt in USPS envelope. I contacted Footaction USA on 08/10/2014 and spoke with a customer service by the name of [redacted] and was transferred to a returns agent by the name of [redacted]. I was told by the agent this was the second time this has happened at this store location. I was instructed by [redacted] to return the item to the store which defeated the purpose of ordering the sneakers online. I was then told the sneakers are no longer in stock and that I would have to address the issue with the store that was suppose to ship my product. I believe this is a problem that should be handled within the store because the mistake was made by the store. Since the item is no longer in stock and we received the wrong item, where was our product shipped? The sneakers I ordered were a sale item and there is no way that a pair of sneakers could have been confused with a t-shirt. The returns agent stated this was the second time this has happened and since the package did not contain a packing slip this could have been done purposely. Even if it turns out to be a harmless mistake I don't feel I should have to be inconvenienced by having to go to the store, address the issue myself, and possibly lose out on an item that I paid for and do not have. I have been purchasing from this company for twenty years and this will be my last purchase regardless of the outcome.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product I ordered or a product of equal or greater value if the original product is no longer available. The product was in stock and available when I purchased it and the mistake made was not on my part. A refund or store credit will not resolve this issue. This is the third time I have experienced and issue like this with this company and from the same store. Unfortunately when we place an order online we have no control over which store it is shipped from but each time it is shipped from this particular store location there is a problem and this will be my last time purchasing anything from this company.

Review: I went online to purchase the Air Jordan 9 Retro and after some time of trying it was finally in my cart. I went through the process and paid for the item. I notice the money had been put on hold in my account. After 2 days of no response I decided to check my Footaction account I notice the shoes had been cancelled. However, the money was still being held out of my account. Therefore, I was unable to use that money. I then called Footaction to see what was going on with the shoes. After talking to a Customer Service Rep and a person above them. I was pretty much told that the system realized after the purchase that they did not have the shoes in the size I needed. I was told Sorry. The issue with this is one, I had the shoes in the cart at another store and could have purchased from them and not pay shipping. Second, I was not notified until after I called and spoke to the service rep did I get an email saying they were out of the shoe. My money is still being held and that money is not available. And most importantly I am unable to get these shoes at all (when I could have purchased elsewhere). Even if the shoes were available I still would not be able to get them because Footaction has my money on hold for shoes they do not have. I believe the customer service was poor as they advised their was nothing they could do and did not attempt to offer any type of compensation. Now I am out of the shoes with no chance of ever getting them unless I want to pay about double for them. I am VERY dissatisfied with the customer service and after purchasing multiple pairs of Jordans sometimes 2 different pair at a time, I will no longer purchase shoes from Footaction and after seeing FootLocker is associated I will pass on them as well.Desired Settlement: First I would like a complete refund and my money release immediately. This should have been done as soon as they knew the shoes were not available and they should have contacted me to advise this information. Really, they should search for the shoes in the size needed and pay the difference it would cost me to replace the shoes that was sold to me that they did not have. Most importantly they need to make sure these type of things do not happen with this type of shoe that can become unavailable
