Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was away for business and my complaint was closed due to failure to respond, however, I do not feel that the matter has been resolved/rectifiedThe business falsified all of the information they provided to the Revdex.com, and I was able to obtain some information that supports thatAt no point did they communicate they needed a delayed start date, nor did they indicate there were any permitting issuesAnd, once again, we did a sizable portion of the work ourselves to save on costIt is sad to know that there are people in the world that are completely comfortable with lying and essentially stealing from others under pretensesI am trying to resolve this prior to seeking further legal actionI do not think that asking for a portion of the monies for the work Forged Technologies did not complete as per contract is unreasonablePlease have someone contact me to attempt to reopen this complaint as this complaint is still unresolvedI appreciate any assistance that can be provided in this matter Regards, [redacted] ***

The work [redacted] actually paid Forged Technologies for was completed. While additional renovations still remain to be done, [redacted] sought a different contractor for that remaining work. [redacted] was informed at the start of the availability Forged Technologies had to complete this job when Forged...

Technologies was hired. Our schedule dictated a start in late April on this project. Once contracted, [redacted] then insisted it be done earlier than the anticipated start date. Forged Technologies attempted to accommodate this request with an understanding that the project would still take a significant amount of time due to our schedule. [redacted]'s project then ran into issues with the Department of Buildings for [redacted] N.J. when permit applications resulted in lengthy delays. [redacted] was fully advised of all of this information. [redacted] also attempted to add on work that we were not contracted or paid for (for example, the renovation of the fireplace and then the supervision of the renovation of the fireplace when she ultimately hired a different contractor for it). Upon severance of our contract for work, [redacted] and her husband requested an itemized bill, which was sent to the email address on file upon their request. I will forward this email to your office shortly as proof of the business conducted during this transaction. [redacted] paid for only the work and services she actually received. There were no notes left by any employees of Forged Technologies in [redacted]'s home. Please feel free to contact me regarding any additional questions or concerns you may have on this project. At no point did they communicate they needed a delayed start date, nor did they indicate there were any permitting issues. And, once again, we did a sizable portion of the work ourselves to save on cost. It is sad to know that there are people in the world that are completely comfortable with lying and essentially stealing from others under false pretenses. I am trying to resolve this prior to seeking further legal action. I do not think that asking for a portion of the monies for the work Forged Technologies did not complete as per contract is unreasonable. Please have someone contact me to attempt to reopen this complaint as this complaint is still unresolved. I appreciate any assistance that can be provided in this matter.
