*** *** I'm a bit disappointed at how you guys have handled this situation.With all due respect, your description of what you did are inaccurateOn July 4th we spoke to customer serviceAfter the representative failed to provide a resolution, we requested to speak to the highest ranking supervisorShe provided your number, in which we left a voice mailOn the 5th, you called and spoke with AngelicaAt that time you stated a refund would be issued in 5-business days(This is a bit different from your version in which you claim that you told her you would speak to your supervisor)A few days later you called again and informed us we would not be receiving the refundAfter you stated the refund would be issued I would expect as a supervisor you would honor your wordHowever that is not the end of itAfter you told Angelica the refund would not be issued, she requested to speak to your supervisor, in which you provided another numberA voicemail for your supervisor, and till this day we have yet to hear from him or her.You are quick to provide a screen shot of your signs posted on the side of you machines as if that justifies you taking payment for a service you that was not going to be rendered. You assume that most people would look at the sideI too assumed that a reasonable business would stop short of accepting my payment knowing that a service is not availableOn your website you have the WEEKEND and WEEKDAY scheduled displayed clearly on the front page. And since July 4th was on a Monday I assumed the Weekday schedule that you have displayed would be valid and accurate. Once you click on the WEEKDAY schedule link, even your PDF file does not in anyway indicate that holiday's different from the WEEKDAY schedule As a 1st time user we did not assume we had to specifically search you sight for a holiday schedule In the end this situation is black and white, you accepted payment for a service you had no intention to provide. Deceptive Business PracticeThere was another family with us that also was a victim to your deceptive practice of allowing people to pay for service that is not available, with no recourse. I'm sure that we are not the only families that have fallen victims of this practiceWe will be contacting the local media to make sure that the public is aware of what how you make money without rendering serviceI would not like this time of negative publicity. Theft of service and Deceptive practice is illegal in the State of TexasWe will also look at any legal action available to prevent this from happening in the futureTo us or any other individualsWe will also be disputing this charge with the bank as a deceptive charge, in order to include their legal team in our search for a resolution and that they can shed some light on your policy.I feel this is a simple resolution that you guys simple are not wanting to resolveThe amount of our refund will not break the bank and I'm sure it will not make a dent at the millions of income you guys make yearly, but if there is a fine that results or even a civil action lawsuit, it will all be worth it Thanks*** ***

The complaint is too general for us to investigate.  If the passenger will contact us when there is a problem and let us know date, time, location, and which direction the bus was traveling, we will investigate and determine the problem and address it as appropriate.We recently completed a...

master plan for our service and we are studying, determining, and implementing service changes by quadrant.  We completed the north quadrant and service changes will be implemented on April 9, 2017.  There is a good chance that we will study the west quadrant next.  We should be able to address some of his concerns regarding the length the bus trip at that time.Thank you.[redacted]
