The original agreement was for the child to come Tuesday/Thursday for September for fitness training. The mom brought her the next day in august. I was training other children when she arrived and so I just told her to stay and she joined in. The next day I wrote the client and explained...
that the agreement was for September and not August and that an additional fee would be required. She then told me she was sorry and that her daughter would not be attending the program anymore because she could not afford it. I asked her to come in so we could talk. The next day the client who complained had her mother call me and leave three messages. When I returned the call (after training clients) she was rude to me and told me how I needed to run my business and that her daughter wanted a refund. The contract states a 2 week notice to drop from the program. I will not be issuing a refund and have sent the client a receipt for her cash payment that was never asked for until the complaining clients mother called. I run a legitimate business and have for the past 2 years. I have no issues giving receipts or contract copies.
