Rude crap customer serviceI was lied to several times by *** products going rancid after just months, products are not filled all the way, they claim "settling"Product doesn't settle down to half the jarThey have changed their shipping policies 3x in a yearPrice increase in product with no increase in product or product qualitySneaky companyPerfume oils used to be 7,and right before their CYO event they upped the price and didn't up the sizeThey claim to be a honest company but there is no transparency with themI bought a lot of stuff from them over the past year, I earned points, and last week when I had a issue and told them I was thinking about cancelling due to all the issues i've had over the last year and the owner [redacted] messaged me and instead of talking to me like a paying customer, she up and cancelled boxes and my account and I still had points left to useI bought product and earned those points and now they have been stolen from meCustomer service can answer you right away when you complain about a product, they respond right away with a crap answer, but when they steal from you, they don't answer youToday I wrote to them again about my points, and told them I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and [redacted] said she couldn't answer me due to me saying I was filing this complaint, another crap answerI can prove everything I have been saying DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYThere are much better bath/body companies out there to order fromdon't waste your money hereEven my friend who reccommended this company to me will not use them anymore because she's had a lot of the same issues
Both numbers listed on the customer service section of the website do not work...and in fact say no longer in service
None of my emails have been responded to, I am unable to cancel my account

They have always gone out of their way to be helpful and fairThey listen to customer requests and have been known to reach out to show customer appreciation on numerous accountsTheir products are high quality and creativeThey are honest about what ingredients they use and they have a variety for customersI have been ordering for years and I've never had a bad experience
